Yes, and it works the other way round from most. Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro, no credit card. The clock starts when you first use the product — your first customer, prospect, quote or teammate invitation — not the moment you sign up. When the 14 days end you land on Free permanently: nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and anything you already sent a client keeps working.

No. Seats are your own staff. Customers are counted separately — 5 on Free, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Business — and inviting one never costs a seat on any plan. An external accountant doesn’t take a seat either.

Per seat, per month. On Pro the first seat and the seats after it are priced separately; Business charges the same price for every seat. The exact figures are on the plan cards above, in your market’s currency. Adding or removing someone changes the bill from your next billing period — the current one is never re-prorated.

The one your market uses: US dollars in the United States, Mexican pesos in Mexico. The two price sets are written independently — a peso price is never a converted dollar price, and NexiNext stores no exchange rate. You confirm your market when you create your workspace, and an owner or admin can change it later in billing settings.

Anytime, from your workspace settings. An upgrade takes effect as soon as the first payment goes through. A downgrade to a cheaper paid plan starts at your next billing period, and a move back to Free takes effect immediately — seats and over-limit customers freeze, but nothing is ever deleted and upgrading restores exactly what you had.

AI outreach and AI summaries run on a monthly credit allowance, and both are part of Business — Free and Pro don’t include them. The setup suggestions you get while creating your workspace, and the assists in the launch checklist, are unmetered and available on every plan.

Yes. If your company has a Mexican fiscal entity, its invoices are issued as stamped CFDI 4.0 — RFC, uso de CFDI, taxes per concepto, SAT cancellation, and the REP for every payment. A company outside Mexico never sees any of it. Being billed in pesos and issuing CFDIs are separate choices: you can do either without the other.
