Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, and it works the other way round from most: every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro, no credit card. When it ends you land on Free permanently — nothing is deleted and the account is never locked.
What counts as AI usage?
AI outreach and AI summaries consume credits, and both are part of Business. Free and Pro don’t include them. The setup wizard’s suggestions are unmetered and available on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your workspace settings and we’ll prorate the difference.
Do my customers count toward the seat limit?
No. Seats are your own staff. Customers are counted separately: 5 on Free, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Business.
How are additional seats billed?
Pricing is per seat, per month. On Pro the first seat is $29 and each additional seat is $19/mo. Billed annually it drops to $24 per seat on Pro and $49 on Business.
Can I issue CFDI invoices in Mexico?
Yes. If your company has a Mexican fiscal entity, its invoices are issued as stamped CFDI 4.0 — RFC, uso de CFDI, taxes per concepto, SAT cancellation, and the REP for every payment. A company outside Mexico never sees any of it.
What if I need more than 250 GB?
Business includes 250 GB and can be expanded with paid additional storage. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
